Manufacturing & Inventory - Your pre-purchased cutting boards or coaster units are inventoried in a pre-production status at our facility. We await your online redemption order before processing your unique design and personalization text. Next, your custom Cutting Board or Coaster set is produced, at our factory, with an innovative imaging process. This full color process permanently fuses the design to the surface of the item to ensure a long lasting durable product. The imaging process can take up to 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

REDEEM CUTTING BOARDS OR COASTER SETS ONLINE - ONE UNIT AT A TIME.
Once you have placed your order online or with our customer service department your Online account is automatically set up and ready for use. You will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail with online instructions (including Username and Password). You are now ready to Redeem Online - One unit at a time. Drawing down on your inventoried stock and customizing each clients cutting board or coaster set.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order online or call us at 1-800-782-6790 to speak with one of our customer service representatives. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We do accept checks, however, any redeemed products will not be processed until the payment is recieved.

Can I cancel my order for inventoried items?
You may cancel your order and receive a partial refund within 45 days of order placement. There will be a $50.00 service charge for all cancelled orders. After 45 days orders are non-refundable.

Do I need to add personalization to the cutting boards or coasters?
No, you can choose any one of our designs and leave it just the way it is. Our closing gifts will be created just the way you want it. Just type "NONE" where it asks for "Personalized Name, Custom Message, and Signature line".

Where will the personalization appear on the item?
All of our hand painted designs were customized to have a specific space for your clients Personalized Name and your Custom Message and Signature Line. However, if you desire some modifications to the layout design or the web site is not giving you the desired look you want please add any additional instructions or comments in the "Special Instructions" box when you redeem your product.

I found an error in my Online redemption order. Can I fix it?
Yes, if you contact us before 2:00 p.m the next business day after Online redemption and we have not produced your product, we will be happy to cancel or make any changes as need. In order for changes to be accepted please make sure you have verbal confirmation or we have responded via e-mail with acceptance. Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully.

I made a mistake on the item I ordered. Can I get a replacement?
In the event that you make an error and need a replacement, we offer a replacement cost equal to our lowest list price at 100 units plus freight cost.

What is your turn around time once I place an order?
In house manufacturing time is 5 business days or sooner, holidays & weekends excluded. Please allow additional time for shipping via UPS Ground. You can expect to receive your order via UPS within 7-12 business days, but since shipping times may vary, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. If you need a gift fast, contact us BEFORE placing your order and talk to a representative so that we may find ways to expedite your order.

Shipping- Domestic and International
As a rule, most of our domestic and Canadian packages are sent via UPS Ground Service. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes so please provide a valid street address when placing your order.

Shipping charges are based on shipping within the continental United States. Shipment to locations outside the continental United States will incur additional shipping charges.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipments:
Please note that all shipment to Hawaii and Alaska are required by UPS to ship via 2-day air and all orders to these states will be adjusted accordingly. We will email you with the actual shipping amount for your approval prior to processing your order.

All shipments to Canada are sent via UPS Surface. We will email you with the actual shipping amount for your approval prior to processing your order. However, your purchase may be subject to additional duties and charges collected by UPS on behalf of your country at the time of delivery. Simply Sublime is not responsible for collection or reimbursement of any of these charges.

Do you offer a guarantee?
VRS Marking and our PCG HomeDecor sister company believes in the the quality of every product we sell, therefore, we try to be very descriptive in the materials used for each item. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless they are damaged or flawed. Of coarse, If we have made an error in the personalization we will be happy to exchange it free of charge.

Because of the process used to make our items, even if you order an item with no personalized text on it, the item is still custom made for you and is considered "personalized" and cannot be returned.

If your order is damaged in materials and/or workmanship you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit to your account or exchange.

Customer is responsible for first contacting PCG HomeDecor regarding returns. All unauthorized returns will be refused upon arrival.

All returns must be sent postage paid. C.O.D.'s will not be accepted.

If you received "damaged" or "incorrect" merchandise, you have exactly 7 (seven) days upon receiving your order in which to return your merchandise. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will immediately get your replacement sent right out to you.

This guarantee does not include items that are misspelled due to purchaser error. Please read instructions for personalizing and double check all spelling before submitting order.

VRS Marking and PCG HomeDecor do not release your name, email address, or any other personal information to any other companies or individuals.

The way we use information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Our customer's data security is very important to us. All credit card information is collected using a SSL secure server. Credit card information will not be sent via email or ant other unsecured means.
